Maintenance, overhaul and troubleshooting
In order to maintain the original performance of the roller bearing, the roller bearing manufacturer must use it for a long time in a good condition as much as possible. The bearing must be inspected and maintained regularly to prevent malfunctions, ensure reliable operation, and improve efficiency and benefit.
Regular maintenance should be carried out in accordance with the operating conditions and operating standards of the machine. The content includes monitoring the operating status, replenishing or replacing lubricants, and regular disassembly inspections.
Maintenance items during operation include bearing rotation sound, vibration, temperature, lubricant status, and so on.
If an abnormal state is found during operation, use Table 2 as a reference to find the cause and take corresponding countermeasures. Check the disassembled bearing carefully as needed.

It may also be caused by a combination of the above-mentioned reasons.
Therefore, it is difficult to know the true cause of the damage only by investigating bearing damage. However, based on a full understanding of the machinery, operating conditions and peripheral structure of the bearing, the situation before and after the occurrence of the failure is clarified, and the damage of the bearing and a variety of related causes are analyzed to prevent similar failures from happening again.
