The working principle of lubricating grease is that the thickener sticks the oil to the position where it needs to be smooth, and when there is a load, the thickener releases the oil, thereby playing a smoothing effect. At normal temperature and at rest, it is like a solid, it can stick to its shape without moving, and it can adhere to metal without slipping off. When it is exposed to high temperature or external force exceeding a certain limit, it acts like a liquid. When the smooth grease is subjected to the shearing action of the moving parts in the machine, it can move and stop smoothing, reducing the friction and wear between the moving surfaces. When the shearing action is stopped, it can restore a certain consistency. The special mobility of the smooth grease, the centripetal needle roller and the holder assembly, determines that it can stop smoothing in the parts that are not suitable for the use of smooth oil. In addition, because it is a semi-solid substance, its sealing effect and maintenance effect are better than smooth oil.
