The installation standards for centrifugal water pumps are clearly stipulated. In the operation process, it is usually more delicate. When installed without vibration reduction, it should be 100~150mm wider than the circumference of the base of the centrifugal water pump generator set; when installed with vibration reduction, it should be 150mm wider than the circumference of the vibration reduction base of the centrifugal pump. The basic top design elevation should be 100 mm above the road surface of the pump house for installation without vibration reduction, and 50 mm above the road surface of the pump house for installation with vibration reduction, and no water storage should be generated. 3) A rigid connection is selected between the base of the centrifugal water pump generator set and the shock-absorbing base or the steel cushion block. 4) The specifications, models, and installation locations of the shock pad or shock absorber should conform to the design plan. The shock absorber (pad) under the same base should be the same model and specification product of the same manufacturer. 5) The centrifugal water pump generator set must take measures to avoid the skew of the centrifugal water pump generator set during the whole process of installing the shock absorber (pad). After the shock absorber (pad) of the centrifugal water pump generator set is installed, when installing the inlet and outlet pipes, spare parts and accessories of the centrifugal water pump generator set, measures must be taken to avoid the skew of the centrifugal water pump generator set to ensure safe construction. Inspection and adjustment 1. Use level and wire drop to carry out precise measurement and adjustment on the production and processing surface of centrifugal water pump import and export trade flange and base, carry out precise installation of centrifugal water pump, and install the centrifugal water pump as a whole with a flat vertical pump casing. The degree should not exceed 0.1/1000, and the flatness of the column-type pump casing should not exceed 0.1/1000. 2. When the centrifugal water pump and the motor are connected by a coupling, use an inner diameter dial indicator, a micrometer, etc. in the axial and radial directions of the coupling Carry out accurate measurement and adjustment, the radial skew of the coupling should not exceed 0.8/1000, and the axial deviation should not exceed 0 mm. 3. When adjusting the coaxiality of the centrifugal water pump and the motor, loosen the anchor bolts on the coupling, and the anchor bolts connecting the centrifugal water pump to the motor and the base, and choose different thin and thick thin steel plates or thin copper sheets. Adjust angular velocity and axial offset. Slightly pry up a corner of the motor or centrifugal water pump that needs to be adjusted, and place the thin thick steel plate or thin copper skin as shown in the figure below on the anchor bolts. 4. When the inspection reaches the standard, it is enough to tighten the original loose anchor bolts.

Lubrication and oiling

Check the oil mark of the centrifugal water pump and give it oil, turn the coupling, and the centrifugal water pump should be dexterously opened without abnormal conditions.

During trial operation, open the water valve and the automatic exhaust valve of the centrifugal water pump to fill the centrifugal water pump with water, and close the gate valve on the outlet of the centrifugal water pump. Start the centrifugal water pump first, and check whether there is any abnormality and whether the conversion of the motor meets the requirements of the conversion of the pump. Then start the centrifugal water pump, and gradually open the gate valve on the water outlet to check the operation status of the centrifugal water pump, the heating of the motor and rolling bearing, the gauge needle value of the barometer and negative pressure gauge, and the connection status of the pipeline. Everything should be normal and comply with the design plan.
