Sixth, the amount of lubricating oil (grease) in the sixth bearing is insufficient or excessive, the quality is poor, and there are debris, iron filings and other debris; the sliding bearing sometimes causes the bearing to heat up because the oil ring does not rotate and does not bring the oil.
The seventh bearing has been damaged (including the quality of the purchased bearing itself), which is often a common cause of bearing heating, such as the damage of the rolling bearing cage, the steel ball crushing the inner ring or the fracture of the outer ring; the alloy layer of the sliding bearing peels off and falls Block etc. In this case, the sound at the bearing is abnormal and the noise is loud, so the bearing should be disassembled for inspection and replaced in time.
