Analysis of the causes of premature aging of needle roller bearings

The reasons for premature aging of needle roller bearings are: tight cooperation, poor smoothness, violent oscillation, data fatigue, pollution and corrosion.

The reason for the tight cooperation is that the gap between the ball and the slideway is too small, the torque becomes larger, and the conflict increases, resulting in too high operating temperature of the bearing. Therefore, try to adjust the correct radial clearance of the bearing when installing.

　　2. Poor smoothness is caused by severe lack of smoothing grease. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the timing of bearing replenishment according to the four elements of the motor's operating time, load condition, ambient temperature and the quality of lubricating grease

　　3. Violent oscillation is caused by the fierce sensation of the bearing caused by the failure of the motor core. Presenting this situation is that we want to replace new bearings of the same type.

　　4. Material fatigue is due to the fatigue of metal materials, and the sundries from the bearing raceway and ball surface fall into the smooth grease, resulting in an increase in operating noise. Therefore, we should consider the normal fatigue of the bearing data and replace the new bearing of the same type

　　 5. Pollution corrosion, check whether there is red or brown mottled corrosion on the surface of the raceway and the ball.
