The bearing of the water pump cant run, how to repair it?

Water pumps are not uncommon in industrial production. Bearings are their basic components. How to learn how to repair water pump bearings has become one of the main parts for industrial production personnel to learn.

(1) For newly put into use water pumps, the grease (oil) must generally be replaced after 100 hours of operation, and once every 500 hours of operation thereafter.

(2) The fluid bearing is lubricated with grease. After 1500 hours of operation, the grease should be replaced. The amount of oil added should not be too much or too little, because too much or too little grease will cause the bearing to heat up. It is appropriate to be 1/2 to 2/3 of the volume of the bearing chamber.

　　(3) For bearings lubricated with lubricating oil, the amount of oil should be added to the specified position.

　　 (4) The container containing lubricating oil or grease should be clean, and should be sealed at ordinary times. There should be no dust, iron filings and other debris to avoid damage to the bearing

　　(5) Sodium-based grease is generally used for motor bearings. This grease is characterized by high temperature resistance (125°C), but is easily dissolved in water, so it cannot be used for the lubrication of water pump bearings.
