The first is to identify and inspect the rolling sound of the imported bearing. We can use a sound meter to check the size and quality of the rolling sound of the imported bearing in operation. Because imported bearings will emit abnormal and irregular sounds even if they are slightly peeled off and other damages, the sound detector can be used to distinguish them and play a preventive role in advance.
Secondly, the vibration of imported bearings is used for identification and inspection. The vibration of imported bearings is very sensitive to bearing damage. For example, peeling, indentation, rust, cracks, wear, etc. will be reflected in the vibration measurement of imported bearings. Therefore, the vibration can be measured by using a special imported bearing vibration measurement device (frequency analyzer, etc.). The specific circumstances of the exception cannot be inferred. The measured value is different due to the use condition of the bearing or the installation position of the sensor, so it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured value of each machine in advance to determine the judgment standard.
Check according to the temperature of the imported bearing. The temperature of the imported bearing can generally be inferred based on the temperature of the outer surface of the imported bearing. It is more appropriate if the oil hole can be used to directly measure the temperature of the outer ring of the bearing.
Generally, the temperature of imported bearings slowly rises with operation, and reaches a stable state after 1-2 hours. The normal temperature of imported bearings varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine. If the lubrication and installation parts are proper, the bearing temperature will rise sharply and abnormally high temperature will occur. At this time, the operation must be stopped and necessary precautions must be taken. As temperature is affected by lubrication, speed, load, and environment, the values in the table only represent the approximate temperature range. The use of thermal sensors can monitor the working temperature of the bearing at any time, and automatically alarm the user when the temperature exceeds the specified value or stop to prevent the occurrence of combustion shaft accidents.
