The automobile water pump is a key component of the engine cooling system. It inputs torque through the pulley at one end of the water pump bearing and drives the impeller at the other end to rotate.


   Corrosion, fracture, peeling and grease leakage are common failure modes of automotive water pump bearings. Among them, fracture is the most harmful, so it is very necessary to analyze the failure form of automobile water pump fracture and formulate corresponding preventive measures.


How to disassemble the shaft bearing of automobile water pump


    1. Application parts: Tapered roller bearings are suitable for the united load of radial and axial loads, which are mainly radial loads. Usually two sets of bearings are used in pairing. The panic is applied to the front and rear hubs, active bevel gears, and differential speeds of automobiles. Transmission parts such as gearboxes and reducers.

 3. Allowable temperature: Under normal load, the smoothing agent has high temperature resistance and smoothness and fullness, the normal bearing is allowed to work at an ambient temperature of -30℃-150℃.


    4. The application environment of the bearing: According to the application location and application conditions and environmental conditions, the selection of specifications, size, accuracy, and suitable bearings are the prerequisites for ensuring the life and reliability of the bearings.


    5. Allowable speed: in an environment of accurate, smooth and good settlement, it is allowed to be 0.3 to 0.5 times the limit speed of the bearing. In the normal environment, 0.2 times the limit speed is the most suitable.
