What should be paid attention to for newly used water pump bearings? The lubricating oil (grease) of the water pump needs to be replaced after 100 hours of operation, and it needs to be replaced every 500 hours after that.

If the fluid bearing is lubricated with grease, the grease can be replaced after 1500h of operation. Note that the amount of oil should not be too much or too little, so as not to cause the bearing to heat up, and it is more appropriate to control the amount of oil to be controlled at 1/2 to 2/3 of the volume of the bearing chamber.

If lubricating oil is used to lubricate the bearing, the amount of oil reaches the specified position. Pay attention to the container containing lubricating oil or grease to be clean and well sealed, and be careful not to have iron filings, dust and other debris to avoid damage to the bearing.
